Qwen Code v0.26.1 lets authorized users change published MCP servers in supported idle local Managed Sessions without replacing the conversation. Eligible new Managed coding sessions also gain single-level subagent delegation by default through REST and the experimental WebShell.

OpenSpec v1.15.0 can be installed without Node.js, with standalone binaries for macOS, Linux and Windows on x64 and arm64. An update dry run previews files that would be added, changed or deleted without writing them.
